The things that have upset me this week....................

1. The Beautiful Game...........

What have they done to my game. Circus entertainers like Christiano F**king Ronaldo (sorry can't mention him without using his middle name) prosper. Games without a meaningful tackle end up with 10 bookings, and players fall to the floor like ninepins.

Feel a bit sorry for Rooney. He at least was battling to keep his feet and possession for 10 seconds when he accidentally(in my opinion) stood on Carvalho's knackers. But the consensus seems to be that he should have gone to ground when first pressurised. Think I'll start watching rugby league

2. Event Management

Went to see the Who at the Liverpool Summer Pops this week. Excellent gig.

But it reminded me of a phenomenem which has taken over the world nowadays, concerts, football matches, sports events. Hundreds of people spend most of the 'event' taking bloody pictures or videos via their phones. Why don't people just enjoy the moment and savour the experience. They're more interested in recording something that they can send to their mates. Hmmph.
