What a difference a week makes : Mick McCarthy chose to stay at Wolves, Ged finally admits last week’s reverse [16 -4], Damien (fresh from career saving surgery in Beverly Hills) returns, John H (fresh from career enhancing networking/golfing in Augusta) also returns and Iain is morphing into the new John Davies [we start at 20:00 hours Iain !!]

A good stiff encounter to break Damien in [not literally but a few ankle taps and it must all have come flooding back, what??!!] the ex grammar school boy done good – match fitness will surely return sooner rather than later as well as the ultra competitor we all know & love.

Highlight of the game surely was the mazy run and clinical finish from Jim at the end of the game – his run mesmerising the opposition, his team mates and probably even Jim himself – was this run due to hyperthermia ? was Mark in holiday mode ? was Iain spitting in his bib ? we’ll never know !!
